Why Thailand (Indochina Time — ICT, UTC+7) Has No Daylight Saving Time
All 77 provinces of Thailand observe Indochina Time (ICT, UTC+7) year-round with zero clock changes. Sunrise in Bangkok and Phuket occurs around 06:00–06:30 and sunset around 18:00–18:45 every month of the year.
